Giving is a part of our worship to God. It has been said that you can tell nearly everything about a person by the way they spend their money. Whether you are tithing in obedience to Malachi 3:10 or contributing over and above your tithe as an act of sacrificial generosity, your money will help us minister God’s hope and healing to our community and beyond.

We give out out of gratitude and love for God. It is honoring Him for who He is to set aside our first fruits and give Him our tithes.

Tithing is not an Old Testament Law, but rather tithing predates the Law give to Moses, and we see it first recorded with Abel. He brought his first fruits to the Lord, which is a tithe, 10% of his labor. It was his best and first. Cain, his brother did not, and that displeased the Lord.

Obedient tithing from a joy heart is the starting place of honoring God with our finances, and it is His design for all things ministry related to be funded.
